RequirementsSuccessful candidates will have a passion for the life sciences, continuous learning mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and natural leadership and go-getter attitudes.

  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university. We welcome students across all degree programs and disciplines.
  • Must be local to York, PA.
  • Must be able to continue an on-going internship duration during academic semester, outside of semester breaks. (i.e. part-time or a minimum of 10-15hrs/week throughout the academic semesters). We understand academic commitments and work together to determine a schedule that works best with your course schedule.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
