The organizations’ member companies — Pro-Pipe, Tri-State Utilities, Accumark, Pro Pipe East and Benchmark — have been providing solutions to engineering firms, government entities, utility owners and contractors across the nation for over 30 years.

They continually strive to bring value to their clients through high-quality data deliverables and services in pipe cleaning and assessment, cross bore inspection, trenchless rehabilitation, and subsurface utility locating and mapping.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Interface with other departments as needed to obtain information necessary to perform reconciliations
  • Performs month end close review and analysis timely
  • Processing accounts payable invoices: Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time with necessary approvals
  • Making payments: Paying vendor invoices or bills, and ensuring payments are approved on time
  • Reconciling accounts: Ensuring all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of accounts payable data
  • Communicating with vendors: Handling vendor correspondence via phone or email, and resolving any discrepancies or issues
  • Understands and enforces established policies and procedures
  • Assists in preparation of branch financial reports
  • Assists with bank and financial statement audits
  • Provides month-end, quarter-end and year-end close support as needed
  • Assists with other projects as assigned

Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and cloud-based ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player and have ability to work independently
  • Prioritizing and organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of two years' accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principals
