We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical R&D Controller Specialist, who will be responsible for R&D expenses, purchases, and managing assets. In this role, you will interface with customers, vendors, various engineering departments, and finance department to facilitate financial and accounting processes.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the completion of the SAP Accounts Payable/ Receivable processing
  • Cooperate with other departments to perform accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepares R&D financial objectives and forecasts in areas of expenses based on past, present, and expected operations.
  • Understand the budget status of the engineering department and support budget management
  • Manage assets in partnership with the engineering group
  • Cooperate with the purchasing team to purchase through Vaatz system or issue PO and follow up on progress status
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations; investigating discrepancies ensuring that differences are followed up and resolved
  • Guide expenditure and Purchasing procedure to the engineering group
  • Performs special assignments as delegated.


Experience and qualifications required

  • Korean and English Bilingual
  • Prefer to have 2 years of experience in account payable, accounting and administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem- solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
  • SAP experience preferred

Education

BA in Accounting or Equivalent
