Site/Land Development Manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Required. Master’s Degree or MBA, preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in the state of Pennsylvania.
- 10-15 years of related experience with all aspects of land development. Candidate must be fully versed in local and state design standards and land use regulation as relates to site/civil engineering design.
- Must possess relationships within the broader development community and demonstrate a strong track record of managing and completing successful land development projects.
- Experience with supervision of staff-level employees is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, self-motivated candidate with an ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work both independently and within a team environment.
