As a Residential Specialist, you will make a difference for these amazing people by coordinating schedules for 4-6 employees that serve our clients, helping clients get to medical appointments, assisting with recordkeeping and providing direct care in Cissna Park, IL. If you have Direct Support Professional (DSP) or CNA experience, this is a great advanced-level job for you

Responsibilities

  • Orient and train new DSPs
  • Schedule staff
  • Transport and attend client medical appointments
  • Meal planning and grocery orders
  • Oversee household inventory
  • Be available and participate in on-call duties
