Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential electrical work; hands-on experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the National Electric Code NFPA70.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical tools is required.
  • Physical capability to twist, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, or stand regularly.
  • Proficiency in wiring devices, installing light fixtures, troubleshooting, and performing service changes.
  • Ability to follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and E-Verify.
  • Possession of a current valid driver's license.
