We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team at Developmental Foundations. As a Residential Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental disabilities living in our Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for staff members to ensure seamless support for clients
  • Transport clients to medical appointments and provide assistance as needed
  • Manage household inventory and oversee meal planning and grocery orders
  • Train and orient new staff members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Participate in on-call duties and be available to address client needs

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • One year of experience as a Direct Support Person (DSP) preferred
