We excel in preconstruction planning, MEP expertise, with experienced project team members focused on the multiple markets we serve. We also have an in-house Architectural Woodwork & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.


We are seeking a Payroll/HR Administrator in our Pittsburgh office.

 

What you will do:

  • Maintain payroll database and process payroll in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ensure all federal, state and local tax withholdings are correct, compiled and reported.
  • Ensure the accuracy of W-2 and W-3 forms.
  • Prepare specialized payroll and human resources reports as requested.
  • Prepare and process garnishments to the appropriate agencies.
  • Process checks.
  • Answer employee questions concerning payroll issues.


What you will need to be successful:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a payroll function or equivalent, experience with union payroll a huge plus.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • The ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associates degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), payroll software (familiarity with COINS OA is a huge plus).
