Who We Are

Aspire Communications LLC is a startup, turn-key technology integration company based in Orlando, Florida. Formed in September of 2019, Aspire has quickly grown into a 50+ person operation in less than two years and continues to rapidly expand. Although Aspire is Florida-based, our reach goes well beyond the state, recently expanding our operation into the Pacific Northwest. Aspire has had tremendous success in our first 2 years.


Job Description

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to assist the install of Conduit and Fiber Optic cabling into existing buildings. We will offer additional training as the project progresses.

  • Always maintain yourself in a clean and professional manner, wearing company uniforms.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time while completing physically demanding work.
  • Must be able to work after hours and weekends.
  • Always maintain a safe work environment according to Aspires Safety programs and OSHA.
  • Must maintain vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  • Ability to complete the tasks assigned in a timely manner.
  • Working indoors and outdoors during the installation process.
  • Accept direction and critiques from Team Members in higher classifications.
  • Digging or trenching outdoors in wet/dirty environments.
  • Must be able and willing to work in adverse weather conditions and attics and crawlspaces

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able and willing to climb ladders
  • Maintain a valid Driver’s License with clean driving history
  • Finger & wrist dexterity & hand/eye coordination.
  • Ability to use small hand tools.
  • Ability to use power tools.
  • Climbing of stairs, ladders
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to accept periodic assignments that involve travel away from immediate district office area based on client needs, business needs, and project scope.
  • Exposure to noisy or dusty conditions; chemicals & solvents; mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards.
  • General hours of Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. But the ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required.
  • Outside labor potentially working in ditches, dirty and wet environments.
  • Regional travel required.
  • Must be able to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00- $20.00 per hour
