We are seeking an E-Learning Content Developer to assist in the design and development of engaging e-learning content. The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues, clients, and subject matter experts to create a variety of instructional materials. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop various types of instructional content, including videos, animations, interactive activities, written materials, and infographics.
  • Perform quality checks on digital materials to ensure deliverables meet HCG standards and UX/UI design principles.
  • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with senior colleagues, clients, and subject matter experts to gather project design information and develop training materials.
  • Adapt content to current e-learning methodologies, incorporating tests, quizzes, gamification elements, videos, various types of inter-activities, graphic elements, etc.


Requirements

Requeriments:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an e-learning developer.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design theories, practices, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to convey complex concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles, focusing on usability and accessibility.
  • Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo platform preferred).
  • Attention to detail in design aesthetics and visual-based content.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Visual design skills and experience with Adobe basics (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Previous experience designing and developing learning content for software platforms/tools/engineering principles.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences or other regulated industry is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Training Delivery and Development Certification (desired).
  • Multimedia Design Certification (desired).
