Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the content strategy and production for GHR's blog and all written materials.
  • Drafting press releases, managing website content, email marketing campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Coordinating the content calendar and managing the employee advocacy content repository.
  • Leading strategies for Employee-Generated Content (EGC) and User-Generated Content (UGC).
  • Facilitating and managing content features for both employees and candidates.
  • Managing relationships with SEO vendors and overseeing SEO strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics using tools like Oktopost, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms; providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ghostwriting various communications and creating foundational content such as white papers, downloadable guides, and eBooks.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and engagement best practices for healthcare recruitment marketing across our primary sectors.
  • Building and maintaining primary and landing pages on the website, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices, and managing website forms and upkeep.
  • Designing graphics for blogs, social media, emails, and branding materials.
  • Overseeing branding documents and managing design approvals.
  • Coordinating internal communications and supporting cross-functional teams to meet marketing objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in staffing and recruitment is advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation or copywriting, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, audience growth, and candidate engagement.
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
