Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Sales Rep for the Clarksburg, WV area to join our team immediately. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission with enormous earnings potential. The successful candidate will receive a company vehicle with a fuel card, a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, and potential relocation assistance for outstanding candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct sales calls to current and prospective customers. Engage in cold calling to generate new business. Sell value by understanding and addressing customer needs. Interact extensively with customers outside of the facility. Sell commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR earthmover, retread and new tires. Promote and sell service work and contracts. Perform fleet surveys, scrap tire analysis, and tire maintenance programs. Forecast sales and inventory needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license to operate company owned vehicle. Proven experience in outside sales within a commercial environment. Strong communication skills. Computer literacy.
