We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. This person will be responsible for key supply chain-related analyses critical to optimizing and improving our overall supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating vendor changes and costing structures to provide the best price and quality.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and be an integral part of the wide array of operational initiatives currently being implemented.
  • Support the evaluation of new vendors or partners & rate existing ones, helping to optimize current agreements to achieve greater efficiency & cost optimization.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure purchase orders have the correct price, freight charge, and delivery date.
  • Coordinate with vendors in the event of an issue with quality and complete non-conformance reports.
  • Adapt to a changing environment, manage several assignments simultaneously, and set priorities to meet deadlines while working with little direct supervision.
  • Communicate with vendors when purchase orders are due to be received to ensure they are on track.
  • Monitor work in progress and coordinate with the production team to resolve issues with open work orders.
  • Review vendor invoices with errors and coordinate a quick resolution.
  • Maintain vendor quotes in an organized and consistent manner.
  • Work with the creative team to coordinate label compliance and design to adhere to manufacturer standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory counts as needed.

Skills:

  • 3+ years of Import/Export Logistics and Compliance; international experience preferred.
  • Understanding of manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Amazon FBA experience Preferred
