Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of company products and services.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maintain and grow business.
  • Monitor sales activity and metrics specific to the customer.
  • Build deep relationships within the account and identify business problems that can be solved with company solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategies and build relationships.
  • Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new opportunities and engage viable partners.
  • Manage account input and feedback for projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
  • Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments to drive resolution to customer problems.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of B2B Enterprise Field Sales Experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts (Required)
  • Enterprise Account Management experience (Required)
  • 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team deliverables and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with client leaders of all levels.
  • Effective at managing account relationships, financial outcomes, and multiple sales programs.
