- Remain fully compliant on all client matters.

- Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business.
- Coach, support, develop and motivate junior colleagues.
- Underwrite annual renewals
Qualifications
- 6 10 minimum years of experience in managing factored or asset-based relationships
- Ability in identifying client needs and providing appropriate response
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally.
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
