Job Summary
The Product Manager for the GLP-1 Program will be responsible for the end-to-end management of GLP-1 products, including market analysis, product development, launch strategies, and post-launch management. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure the success of GLP-1 products in the market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for GLP-1 products.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Work closely with R&D to guide the development of new GLP-1 products, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the design and review of clinical trials and other research initiatives to support product development.
- Ensure that all product development and marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Support the regulatory affairs team in the preparation of submissions and responses to health authorities.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage product forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive product success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital technology or biotechnology industry.
- Proven experience in product launch and lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
