We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager with our industry-leading client in McLean, VA.

Job Location: Based out of McLean, VA – 3x days per week onsite (the team members/engineers are based in McLean for this team/department)

Rate: $63 - $68 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and improvement of the mobile app for collections customers within the Customer Resiliency space
  • Manage the execution stage of the product, ensuring the roadmap is followed and contributing to future state roadmap building post-MVP launch
  • Lead daily standups, weekly refinements, and sprint planning sessions with the engineering team
  • Ensure the intent of the product is accurately reflected to the engineers and help guide the team along the determined roadmap
  • Report updates to Whitney Wilson and collaborate with partners across design, tech, and marketing
  • Handle production issues, define severity matrix, showcase impact, and assist with incident resolution
  • Work through matrix and reporting, understanding the impact of incidents and guiding the team to resolution
  • Guide the team to best practices in Agile processes and ceremonies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of product management experience, with additional years preferred for this senior role
  • Experience in the banking industry, ideally with mobile app experience
  • Experience dealing with products that have been in production, including handling production issues and incident resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners across design, tech, and marketing
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies and Scrum Master responsibilities
  • Ability to guide the team to best practices in Agile processes and ceremonies

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
