- Support the development, communication, and management of care initiatives and programs company-wide.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor's in nursing preferred.
- Experience in curriculum design/development, clinical training/education, or staff development and facilitation of education for adult learners.
- Prior experience with the Point Click Care clinical software platform or other electronic health record preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
