Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education and Program Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our clinical education team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering clinical education programs that meet the needs of our residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs that align with our organizational mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical care and operations leaders to promote standardized clinical training and education across the organization.
  • Manage ongoing competency assessment and validation for clinical staff.
  • Provide clinical expertise, guidance, and advocacy to support the delivery of quality care.
  • Support the development, communication, and management of care initiatives and programs company-wide.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor's in nursing preferred.
  • Experience in curriculum design/development, clinical training/education, or staff development and facilitation of education for adult learners.
  • Prior experience with the Point Click Care clinical software platform or other electronic health record preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
