Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Products Technology team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and delivering a product roadmap and product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives
  • Developing and maintaining product strategies that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet customer needs
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders and customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
