Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
  • Ensure that the Gardella Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirements

Licensing: Must have a valid California Insurance License or the willingness to obtain one.

Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess client needs, analyze data, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
