This role involves a blend of quantitative and qualitative examination of all operational elements of EST and associated teams. This examination aids in assessing the financial trajectory towards the realization of its objectives and in devising future targets and strategies. The Senior Analyst takes into consideration the trends in economy and business, scrutinizes the past performance, and endeavors to predict potential challenges and issues. All these tasks are performed with the aim of accurately projecting the future financial status. Hybrid Schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with other EST departments to collect and supply essential data for expanding different applications.
  • Model Development: Construct and execute financial models for the Partner team using Excel, covering all life cycle events such as standard quarterly updates, PIT analysis, Succession modeling & analysis, and Ad-hoc analysis.
  • Model Enhancement: Offer insightful suggestions and feedback to improve current models, and develop and implement new models in response to management feedback.
  • Communication: Clearly explain modeling concepts in a manner that is effective, accurate, and comprehensible to the intended audience.
  • Team Guidance: Assist other team members in their modeling efforts and presentations to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Automation: Support the department with automation and eventually spearhead the deployment of planning tools.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • A solid foundation in financial modeling and analysis, demonstrated by at least three years of relevant work experience, is a prerequisite.
  • Mastery in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting using advanced Excel techniques and other similar systems is essential.
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in fields such as finance, accounting, business, or engineering is a basic requirement. Possession of an advanced degree could provide a competitive edge.
  • Having professional certifications in accounting and finance preferred.
