Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Conduct industry research and prepare company profiles, market overviews, and investment memorandums.
- Support senior bankers in client presentations, pitch materials, and due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, accounting, and regulatory compliance to facilitate deal execution.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, finance, or related field is a plus.
