This Boutique boasts an exceptional record in Mid-Market Investment Banking, closing 5-8 deals in previous 3 years. This group is looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst with ideal candidates having closed 2+ deals in Tech M&A. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong attention to detail. Strong interest in technology and M&A activities. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential M&A transactions. Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation, pro forma impact, and sensitivity analysis. Conduct due diligence and prepare due diligence materials. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential acquisition targets. Prepare industry analysis reports and presentations for internal and client use. Stay current with industry news, technological advancements, and market developments. Assist in the preparation of pitch books, teasers, information memoranda, and other client presentation materials. Coordinate and support deal execution activities, including managing data rooms, drafting term sheets, and coordinating with legal and regulatory advisors. Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, potential buyers/sellers, and other key stakeholders. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process. Work closely with senior bankers, associates, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
