WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A LOAN SERVICES LEAD AT LOAN SERVICES LEAD

As the Loan Servicing Lead at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will spearhead the seamless servicing of loans with a keen focus on enhancing the member experience. Your responsibilities will include managing various departmental functions such as DMV servicing, Collateral Protection Insurance, and Credit Reporting. This pivotal role involves overseeing the processing of title and registration, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By analyzing loan servicing processes and providing strategic recommendations, you will contribute to optimizing our operations and enhancing member satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to develop and review comprehensive loan servicing reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS LOAN SERVICES LEAD JOB

To excel as a Loan Servicing Lead at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, candidates must possess a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success in loan servicing and compliance. Essential qualifications include a minimum of two to three years of experience in loan servicing, with supervisory experience. Strong leadership abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively training employees and liaising with stakeholders. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines is paramount. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, solid judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with a high level of interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with consumer credit lending, and a working knowledge of market conditions are also key requirements for this role.
