YOUR ROLE AS A LOAN SERVICES MANAGER

At SkyOne Federal Credit Union, the Loan Servicing Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless member experience. Focused on DMV servicing, Collateral Protection Insurance, and Credit Reporting, this position involves overseeing title and registration services, maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and managing Collateral Protection Insurance processes. In addition, the Manager is tasked with generating and analyzing Loan Servicing reports, providing valuable insights to Senior and Executive Management. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for enhancing member satisfaction and possess strong communication skills to engage with internal and external partners, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive operational excellence and member-centric service.

To excel as the Loan Servicing Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, candidates must possess a strong set of skills and qualifications. Essential requirements include three to five years of robust understanding of loan servicing processes, HMDA compliance, and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to train, coach, and develop team members to drive excellence in service delivery.

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with consumer credit lending, and the ability to analyze and optimize loan servicing procedures are essential. The successful candidate should exhibit a high level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to organizational goals and excellence in member service.
