**Hours:**Rotating 12 hour shift 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am. You will workBOTH DAY-SHIFTand NIGHT-SHIFTas part of your rotation.

**Shift Rotation: **4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off and the rotation starts over

SIGN ON BONUS

  • $300 AFTER 90 DAYS

RETENTION BONUS

  • $600 AFTER 9 MONTHS

Real Alloy, LLC has a career opportunity available for a talented, problem-solving, and multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance technician to join the Loudon, TN Real Alloy Team. This position has a direct impact on the success of the Loudon Plant & Recycling Facility and will help:

If you are an Industrial Maintenance Technician who can:

  • Comply with all safety & environmental standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  • Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, clean and service equipment
  • Knowledge and use of maintenance work order system; MVP Program is a plus
  • Use of various types of mobile equipment such as JLG, forklift, & sweeper
