Qualifications:

**We are in search of a highly skilled, results-oriented, and experienced Maintenance Operations Leader to join our REAL ALLOY team.**

If you possess:

- A High School Diploma or GED.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with MVP experience preferred but not mandatory.

- A background in manufacturing processes, improvement initiatives, and operational procedures.

- The ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedural manuals, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.

- Knowledge and experience with natural gas furnaces, gas combustion systems, environmental equipment, refractory materials, mobile equipment PLCs, and electrical systems.

- The capacity to apply logic and reasoning to analyze maintenance practices and identify cause-and-effect relationships.

- Experience in maintenance scheduling.

- Leadership experience with teams of 10 or more.
