We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Corporate & Investment Banking Associate. In this role, you will work closely with senior bankers on a variety of corporate finance and investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation.
- Conduct industry and company research to support business development efforts and client pitches.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, legal, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential transactions and analyze client financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
