- Take photos and upload to the estimating system
- Schedule repairs, facilitate alternate transportation
- Creation and submission of supplements
- Customer communication, follow-up, and presentation of additional services
- Maintain good relations with factory an insurance representatives
- Follow through with insurance receivables
- Quality control
- Assist technicians as needed
- Body Shop experience necessary - CCC Estimating experience preferred
- Must be capable of communicating with customers of varying backgrounds, expressing sensitivity to their concerns
- Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing time and workflow
- Must possess basic computer and telephone skills
- Must have a valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Hours
Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
