Role Overview

Are you passionate about crafting culinary masterpieces? Join our vibrant kitchen team as a Culinary Artisan - Line Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing exquisite dishes with precision and flair, following standardized recipes to ensure each plate meets our high standards. You'll work with prepped ingredients to create a range of delicious menu items while also handling various prep tasks as needed.

Primary Duties
  • Artful Food Preparation: Create menu items efficiently, ensuring each dish is made to order and maintains a high level of cleanliness.
  • Recipe Mastery: Execute standardized recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold product quality standards to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Restock ingredients as needed during shifts and assist with kitchen organization.
  • Culinary Support: Engage in prep work as required, including chopping, mixing, and cooking using various methods like grilling and sautéing.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every dish meets specifications and contributes to a positive dining experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate prep sheets and manage food labeling, dating, and storage.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience Required: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment with strong cooking and knife skills.
  • Skills Needed: Proficiency in cooking techniques, ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance in accordance with the dress code.
  • Health Requirements: Must have a recent TB Clearance.
  • Team Dynamics: Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
