Job Description
The Company's success heavily relies on the Clinical Program Associate's role. Their duties involve guiding the team towards research areas that will enhance the relevance of body composition applications. They stay updated on the usage and trends of InBody devices in research and provide prompt assistance to clients and other departments. The individual must acquire clinical mastery of all our products. The candidate must thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, where a culture of sharing knowledge and striving for excellence is the norm.

Requirements:
  • Perform initial qualification visits of potential researchers.
  • Evaluate the research site's ability to conduct the clinical study both clinically and technically.
  • Monitor product-related clinical trials to ensure that researchers are conducting the respective studies within the requirements of the clinical protocol.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the InBody BWA network and researchers; coordinate all correspondence; ensure timely transmission of clinical data and reports as requested.
  • Train InBody BWA employees to successfully operate, sell, and train clients on InBody products.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of a variety of clinical and research applications.
  • Demonstrate comprehension and critical analysis of peer-reviewed research.
  • Present new device applications and products to a wide audience.
  • Research competitor updates to maintain knowledge of current market trends.
  • Review research and marketing materials for the InBody BWA network before publication.
  • Work closely with teammates and the off-shore R&D team to update and monitor product-related clinical documentation and studies.
  • Network with potential collaborators and support the sales team by attending conventions as the clinical liaison.
  • Work with Research Programs Manager as needed on a variety of department projects, tasks, etc.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ph. D. or Master’s Degree in Biology, Kinesiology, Genetics, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Nursing, or any medical-related science.
  • Background in physiology/neuroscience
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a lead in research projects.
  • Extended experience reading and evaluating peer-reviewed research studies.
  • To complete and pass (Passing score is 85%) the internal products certification training.
  • To be highly entrepreneurial, and capable of long-range planning.
  • To be confident, but coachable.
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • To work well in both team and independent environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously on projects with little supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A problem solver/analytical thinker.
  • Travel up to 20%.
