As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of our patients and residents while building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Position Highlights
Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure quality care delivery. Communicate essential patient information with assigned staff and during shift changes.

Qualifications:
*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. *CPR Certification is mandatory. *One to three years of experience as a RN in a relevant setting is preferred. We prioritize the health and safety of our patients, residents, employees, and the communities we serve.
