Job Summary
Greenawalt Roofing Company is a leading provider of high-quality roofing and exterior services. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on our commityment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background sales, be knowledgeable in roofing and exterior services, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers. In this role, you will generate leads, eductate customers on our company and services provided and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales estimates, meeting your customers on site and evaluating homes to address their needs, and provided a timely estimate for their project. The ideal candidate is self driven, has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels
- Develop and build relationships with customers
- Travel to onsite appointments with customers to underestand their exterior needs and provided appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Follow company sales procedures
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing and exterior sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
