Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Storm Damage Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a genuine desire to assist homeowners in need. As a Storm Damage Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in guiding homeowners through the process of repairing and replacing their roofs and/or siding, particularly as they navigate the  the insurance claims process.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from homeowners who have experienced storm damage to their properties.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged roofs to assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Educate homeowners about the repair and replacement options available to them, including the materials and services offered by Greenawalt Roofing Company.
  • Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process and advocate on their behalf to ensure fair and timely settlements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Utilize customer referrals and canvassing to build your lead pipeline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with homeowners who may be experiencing stress or uncertainty.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
