Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Roofing and Exterior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing installation and repairs, as well as proficiency in various exterior services such as siding, windows, and gutters. As a Roofing and Exterior Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform roofing installations, repairs, maintenance and punch list items according to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct final installation inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Install and repair various types of siding, including vinyl, wood, and fiber cement, as well as windows and gutters.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in roofing installation and repairs, as well as exterior services such as siding, windows, and gutters.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
