Futures Recovery Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Assistant.

The Business Development Assistant supports the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with potential referents, and assisting in the execution of growth strategies. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, market research, and coordination with other departments to ensure business development goals are met efficiently. This position reports to the Director of Business Development. The regular schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

This is an on-site role with the occasional need to for travel to various meetings or industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Attend and provide support at local community and facility events.
  • Attend facility meetings and facilitate and follow up on referrals.
  • Provide administrative support for the Business Development team, including managing referral emails.
  • Coordinate and provide facility tours.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on pipelines, business development activity, discharges, campaigns, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with facility staff, admissions, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Provide support with project management tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentation materials, and assist in follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM accounts and client/prospect databases.
  • Manage call overflow from the Business Development Director and or Business Development team.
  • Assist the Business Development Director with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a business development, sales, or administrative role is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or marketing, preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
