Support and Company Representation -
Assist and participate in cross-functional events and key meetings, including design meetings and kickoffs. Attend national shows and events to support the company team and build relationships with prospects and customers.
Customer Relationship Management -
Build, retain, and visit prospects and customers, fostering strong relationships and partnerships. Emphasize a customer-centric approach to ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining existing business. Assist in handling large national accounts or government accounts.
Team Leadership & Development -
Lead and manage a sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching. Lead weekly sales meeting. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to review performance, provide feedback, and ensure individual growth and development.
