Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting -

Create marketing and sales budget, forecast, and reports to track marketing and sales performance. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, making a data-driven decision to optimize marketing campaigns. Measure closing rate, average sales, and other key metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.


Support and Company Representation -

Assist and participate in cross-functional events and key meetings, including design meetings and kickoffs. Attend national shows and events to support the company team and build relationships with prospects and customers.


Customer Relationship Management -

Build, retain, and visit prospects and customers, fostering strong relationships and partnerships. Emphasize a customer-centric approach to ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining existing business. Assist in handling large national accounts or government accounts.


Team Leadership & Development -

Lead and manage a sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching. Lead weekly sales meeting. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to review performance, provide feedback, and ensure individual growth and development. Train and mentor each sales and marketing team member through team selling, helping them enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques, ensuring they develop into industry leaders.
