C&R Management Group LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and revenue streams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
- Strong understanding of property management and leasing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
