**Boundless Life Sciences Group** is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are searching for an **A**ccount Executive** to act as the link between our clients and the agency. Responsibilities include coordinating between the client and other agency staff to manage advertising campaigns, as well as working closely with clients throughout campaign development and execution on a daily basis. The ability to manage administrative tasks and campaign work, ensuring that all is completed on time and on budget, is key. Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Meet and interact with clients to discuss and identify their adverting needs.
- work with agency colleagues to devise and advertising campaign that can execute on the client's strategy and aligns with their budget.
- work with the account supervisor to brief media, creative and digital teams; assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Engage in project management responsibilities to ensure positive project results, Including adherence to scope, budget and timeline.
- Handle budgets, managing campaign cost and invoicing clients.
- Write client status reports.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Schedule and attend meetings.
- Some travel may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications or marketing preferred
- Two to six years of pervious agency experience required.
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- A desire to learn about Healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and science.
- Demonstrate initiative to grow and advance within the agency.
- Anticipate needs of clients and managers.
- Take accountability and ownership of details and deadline management.
