PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Brand and Creative Manager is a member of the Marketing team, serving all brands across Omni Workspace. This role will lead and execute corporate branding initiatives, taking a hands-on approach to develop and implement brand strategy. As a brand leader, they are responsible for spearheading the clarification and communication of brand values, increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and providing strategic direction and guidance to the marketing team to ensure all programs align with and support brands goals and help drive success in each region.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead development and execution of brand strategy to achieve business goals and objectives across all Omni Workspace brands.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, both internally and externally. Establish clear objectives for brand positioning, communication, and a vision for short and long-term success.
- Deliver strategic and creative content creation and brand promotion through visual and written messaging for all markets.
- Set a distinct graphic look and style to be used consistently in all enterprise-wide marketing and promotional materials, trade show displays, websites, and multi-media presentations to ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with sales to create and deliver high quality client proposals and related branded accessory materials.
- Develop uniform graphic standards, visual brand strategies and messaging, such as templates, style guides, and taglines.
- Manage enterprise print and assets such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Manage media production and vendor relationships for marketing assets such as photography, digital, video, and other visual communications media.
- Ensure consistent messaging and audience alignment in all communications, press releases, storytelling, and internal communications.
- Champion the adoption of marketing tools, such as the style guide, templates, digital resources, and event support.
- Partner with Senior Leaders as needed to create executive communication materials.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with agencies and partners to achieve key marketing objectives.
- While this job description accurately represents the current primary duties of the role, functions may be adapted as necessary to meet business need.
- Depending on skills, experience, and career aspirations, this role may also involve direct supervision of regional Marketing Specialists. This would include assisting with hiring, managing performance, and directing work assignments.

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Vice President of Marketing, Omni Workspace.
- INTERNAL: Collaborate with marketing team, shared services, and key stakeholders in all Omni brands to ensure smooth workflow and flawless execution.
- EXTERNAL: Works with external partners, key vendors, and outside resources to execute responsibilities.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or closely related field, or significant relevant experience.
- 7+ years of brand strategy or brand management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and branding capabilities.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with content management, marketing databases, and web design.
- Experience with social media on behalf of a brand and brand strategy.
- Understanding of the Commercial furniture and services industry a plus.
