We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Compensation: $3,000 monthly + 6% commission

Compensation:

$3,000 monthly + commission

Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Respond to and close all leads
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Build rapport with potential clients
  • Follow up on leads promptly
  • Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by the lead system
  • Act as lead contact for sellers
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Make calls and drive neighborhoods to develop new leads
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Close contracts promptly
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
  • Attend business meetings and training as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Rochelle, NY 10804: Reliably commute (no more than 45 minutes) or planning to relocate before starting work
Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

  • Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
