Position Summary:

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day clinic and quality engagement operations at multiple sites. Develops and implements work processes to ensure high levels of patient and client satisfaction. Implements scheduling and workflow revenue cycle processes. Ensures support for effective physician practice development. Manages staff schedules and ensures staff effectiveness and development. The Practice Manager will partner with the Vice President of Quality Programs, physician champions, Quality team, and integrative care clinical leaders/staff across the organization to diagnose development opportunities, consult, and deploy performance solutions to improve overall business performance.


Key Results Areas (KRAs):

  • • Develop and maintain the following departmental processes in Addiction Medicine: o Scheduling o Call Queue o Patient Referral o Patient Diagnostics
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate, plan, host, and lead
  • Clinic Operations day to day administrative, supervision, and managerial functions in (Addiction Medicine, Quality, and Front Desk sites within UCH)
  • Clinic Scheduling Management (Physician and provider including but not limited to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Behavioral Health Specialists).
  • Liaise with faculty, residents, physicians, and chairman on scheduling/scheduling preferences, post-procedure follow-ups, in Addiction Medicine and Family Medicine clinics.
  • Ensure Quality and clinic staff understand and comply with all clinic objectives, performance standards, and OBOT policy and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and take corrective action, if necessary
  • Manage annual wellness visits in compliance with quality outcome measures

Requirements:
