  • Experience in Construction and Sales is required.
  • Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and personal vehicle for customer meetings (mileage reimbursed).

  • General computer skills required (Microsoft 365, CRM).

Your New Role as the Sales Representative:
  • Use HubSpot CRM for prospecting, cold calling, and following up on leads to grow sales volume.
  • Drive long distances daily/weekly and work outdoors in all weather conditions, meeting with homeowners, designers, and contractors on job sites.
  • Consult, assist with design, and estimate aluminum pergolas, motorized screens, and associated options for new construction, remodel, and commercial projects.
  • Provide outstanding customer experience from lead receipt through product installation.
  • Meet with customers at their homes and/or job sites to preview projects, gather information, measure, take pictures & notes, and answer questions.
  • Close sales and process project documents.
  • Apply for building permits and submit orders to manufacturers.
  • Manage all required reporting and conduct occasional job site quality control visits with the installation team.
