Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including coordinating with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring they align with overall product strategy.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product objectives and expectations are clearly defined and met.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product.
  • Create and present product reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within product development or management.
  • Strong understanding of product management processes, including product lifecycle, roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
