Your Role:

As a Product Manager at MDisrupt, you’ll be the voice of the customer, championing their needs and ensuring our products deliver a world-class experience. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and customer success teams to execute the product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and drive successful product launches. What You’ll Do:

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Develop detailed product requirements with a strong focus on B2B strategy, aligning with MDisrupt’s strategic goals.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception through to market launch and commercialization, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Assist in refining product visions that inspire and engage stakeholders in the B2B healthtech space.

Customer Engagement:

  • Be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Translate customer insights into innovative product features and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support go-to-market strategy and planning, encompassing marketing plan, collateral, launch materials and training.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to bring product ideas to life.
  • Assist agile teams, acting as the Product Owner, to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Market & Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of software product management experience, ideally at a startup with fewer than 100 employees. Healthcare experience is a plus. You can hit the ground running.
  • Customer-Centric: You are obsessed with understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Innovative: You think outside the box and are always looking for creative solutions.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical: You are data-driven and can turn insights into action.
  • Agile: You are familiar with agile methodologies, B2B product development and can manage a product backlog with ease.
  • Communicative: You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex ideas simply in both written and spoken format.
  • Design-Savvy: You have a strong background in designing SaaS solutions for both web and mobile platforms
  • Delivery-Focused: You have experience managing multiple product deliveries from development to production, including legacy and new products.
