  • Repair, change and modify dies in the Tool Room per work orders
  • Change over dies in punch press machines
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, such as ear and eye protection
  • Perform regular maintenance of dies by sharpening or polishing
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all OSHA and Company safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
About the Tool and Die Repair: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Ability to use and operate pallet jack, die mover and a forklift
  • Skilled in use of micrometers and calipers
  • Must be able to visually inspect and measure fixtures
  • Ability to use and operate mills, grinders, drill presses, band saws, lathes and heat treat ovens
  • Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions and procedures
  • Must have own tools
  • Above average math skills
