The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will:

  • Makes outbound calls and answers telephones consistent with company standards.
  • Composes professional Email and text responses with proper grammar and accurate spelling.
  • Educates customers about our mobile appraisal service and schedules appointments.
  • Communicates with our mobile appraisers and dealerships in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performs data entry, and performs general office clerical tasks.
  • Uses multiple computer applications to complete daily work activities and appointments.
  • Locates and reaches out to private party sellers through various technology platforms.
  • Works without direction for some full days of work week.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications for this position:

  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Email applications and web-based applications.
  • Self-organization for timely completion of required tasks in proper order.
  • Can process a high volume of detailed information in an environment with frequent interruptions.

This position starts at $16.00/hour plus bonuses. In this position you will need to be flexible with your schedule. You will work weekends and some evenings. Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
