Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide customized insurance solutions.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate insurance product features, benefits, and options to clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close sales effectively.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the insurance purchasing process.
Networking: Develop and nurture relationships within the community to generate referrals and expand the client base.
Requirements
Licensing: 2-20 or 4-40 License preferred
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Jacksonville area and local insurance regulations is a plus.
