YOUR ROLE
You work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, plus alternating weekends.
Your day-to-day responsibilities center around providing exceptional service and generating sales. Each day, you visit clients to troubleshoot and repair various plumbing issues. You look for opportunities to sell them new equipment or system upgrades and explain to the customer how they'd benefit from additional services.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- State tradesman or journeyman plumbing license
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Must follow Elmer's training processes and procedures on every call, every time, all the time
- Upholds a professional and courteous attitude, follows safety policies, and participates in company-sponsored training
