Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary exceeding $100,000 annually, along with exceptional benefits, including substantial employer contributions towards medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
Work Schedule
The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with alternating weekends.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid Texas tradesman or journeyman plumbing license.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software.
- A valid Texas driver's license.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
- A professional demeanor and adherence to safety protocols.
- A willingness to engage in ongoing training provided by the company.
